We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate specializing in pre-sales of audio and video products. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and facilitate product demonstrations, ensuring a tailored experience that drives sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to assess their audio and video needs and preferences.
• Provide expert knowledge of product features, specifications, price and benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and help customers make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product launches, and competitor offerings.
• Follow up with leads and support the sales team in closing deals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in audio/video or technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Passion for audio and video technology and a desire to learn more.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement strategies.
• ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho HR software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between 20000INR and 30000INR. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience.
