We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various HR functions and administrative tasks to support our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Policies: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processes by gathering and verifying employee hours and related documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ZohoHR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The salary range for this role is expected to be between 18000INR and 25000INR. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience.
